2 hours for 10 person

½ glass boiled peas
½ glass boiled beans
½ glass boiled lentil
3 onion
1 glass tomato paste
1 bunch of different greens
½ glass oil
dried plump
red and black
cabbage leaves

• Mix grains
• Add tomato paste on fried onion, water, spaces and grains.
• Add cut greens, mix and roll on the cabbage leaves
• After putting into the pot add dried plump. Add water on tolma and cook.
