During the 36th assembly of UNESCO, held on October 25-November 10, the presented heritages of Armenia had been confirmed. The list was made of:

– Creator of the Armenian Alphabet Mesrop Mashtotc (362-440), 1650th anniversary
– Poet, musician Sayat-Nova (1712-1795), 300th anniversary
– First published Armenian book, 500th anniversary (1512)
– Scientist Anania Shirakatci 1400th anniversary (612-685)

Ministry of Culture informed Barev Armenia that the reason UNESCO included the Armenian geniuses in its Inheritage list was due to its mission, the bond between social and humanitarian great values.
