Свято-Троицкий собор или Собор Цминда Самеба, является главным собором Грузинской православной церкви и третьим по величине восточным православным собором в мире. Собор находится в Тбилиси. Этот огромный комплекс расположен на холме Святого Ильи и виден практически со всех уголков столицы так как.
Идея построить новый собор возникла еще в 1989 году, решающем для национального пробуждения тогдашней советской республики Грузии. Строительство было приурочено к 2000-летию христианства и 1500-летию грузинской церкви.Строительство прошло в 1995-2004 гг. 23 ноября 2004 года, в День святого Георгия, собор был освящен католикосом-патриархом Грузии Илией II и высокопоставленными представителями православных церквей мира. В церемонии также приняли участие лидеры других религиозных и конфессиональных общин в Грузии, а также политические лидеры.Церковь была построена на месте армянского кладбища в Ходжеванке и армянской церкви Сурб Аствацацин.
Комплекс включает в себе главный собор, резиденции патриарха, колокольня, монастыря, духовная академия и семинария.
Собор имеет крестообразную форму с куполом над переправой, опирающимся на восемь колонн. Купол увенчан золотым крестом высотой 7,5 метров. Высота Свято-Троицкого собора составляет 101 м, также есть подземные сооружения а на нижнем ярусе есть музей. Архитектура собора сочетает традици грузинской средневековой церковной архитектуры и современных решений. Архитектор здании Арчил Миндиашвили.
23 ноября 2004 года Свято-Троицкий собор был торжественно благословен и освящен.
