According to the amendments of the Government Decree: № 1514-N of September 11, 2020, which entered into force on May 1, 2022:

The passengers are NO LONGER REQUIRED to present a COVID-19 PCR test or a Certificate of complete vaccination against COVID-19 to enter the Republic of Armenia.

For foreigners, the entry to the Republic of Armenia continues to remain open both via air and land borders.

The quarantine on the territory of the Republic of Armenia due to COVID-19 has been extended till June 20, 2022.

We recommend selecting a flight that allows you to reach your hotel by noon (before 15:00) from where you will join your group. Arriving earlier may necessitate an additional charge for early check-in at the hotel, while a later arrival could cause you to miss the first day’s excursion program.

However, if you are unable to find a flight that lands by noon, there’s no need to worry. We are prepared to greet you upon your arrival, regardless of the flight’s time, as group transfers are already included in the package for arrivals on any day and at any time.

When booking your return flight, please consider the excursion program for the final day, even though, on group tours, it is often a leisure day or a relaxed city exploration with shopping opportunities. The return transfer from your hotel will be scheduled 2.5 hours before your departure time.

If you arrive a day or a few days before the officially scheduled program start, we can book a room for you in the same hotel where you’ll be staying during the main portion of the tour. If the main hotel doesn’t offer this option or if you prefer to stay in a different hotel, we can make accommodation arrangements for you in another hotel. The cost of the room will be added to your bill as an additional service, and the price may vary depending on the hotel and the season.
Please note that in this case you do not need to order a transfer as an additional service, since an individual or group transfer is already included in your basic tour package, regardless of the time and day of arrival/departure.

To make a reservation, please follow these steps:

  • Visit the page of the travel program you have selected.
  • Complete the booking form by filling in all the required fields, this will reduce the time for further correspondence.
  • Once our tour manager confirms the availability of the chosen tour, you’ll be asked to provide either the customer’s passport (for individual bookings) or bank details (for company bookings).
  • Additionally, you will need to provide a list of all guests’ names and passport details for whom the tour is being booked.
  • The tour operator will then inform you of the available payment methods and send you a confirmation invoice and agreement.
  • Before finalizing the invoice and contract, please ensure you’ve booked/purchased your air tickets and share the arrival and departure flight numbers with the tour manager. In some cases, there may not be a flight available from your city on the scheduled tour date, and you may need to book an extra night before or after the tour. The cost for these additional services will be included in the invoice.

These steps will help streamline the reservation process for your chosen travel program.

The official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia or the Armenian embassy or consulate in your country will be reliable sources of information to ensure a smooth entry into this captivating country.

If your visit extends beyond 180 days, you must apply for a residency permit through the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

This is the question that concerns our guests most of all. However, you can be assured that all our group tours are guaranteed to take place on the scheduled dates, irrespective of the number of participants. Group tours may only be canceled in cases of force majeure, which no one can predict or prevent.

When purchasing a group tour package, you may want to add extra services that aren’t part of the standard package and come at an additional cost. You’re free to select a hotel you prefer, even if it’s different from the ones initially planned, although the ones we’ve selected are quite comfortable, beautiful, and offer excellent service.

If the program’s duration doesn’t fully meet your needs, you can request customized tours before or after the main one on an individual basis. For instance, you can extend your trip to Georgia after visiting Armenia. Your tour manager will discuss and arrange all of these details with you.

Rest assured that there is no tourist service we can’t provide in Armenia and Georgia. We are committed to meeting all your travel needs in these areas.

All our group tours are conducted exclusively in one language. If you choose an English-speaking group, your tour will be entirely in English. It’s important to note this because if your tour operator forms a multilingual group, you may find yourself having to listen to the guide explaining the same information in various languages, such as Russian, English, German, and so on. Trust me, this can be quite exhausting.

Usually, prices for group tours are established and published at the beginning of the year and remain unchanged until the next seasonor change in very rare cases and mainly linked to significant shifts in national currency exchange rates. By default, all invoices are issued in Armenian drams, but we can also provide invoices in US dollars, euros, or rubles upon request. You will be charged based on the price and currency rate in effect at the time of your booking. If, at the time of payment, there is a change in the exchange rate exceeding 2% according to the Central Bank of Armenia, price adjustments will be made accordingly.

Group Tours means an assemblage of people traveling together by. Such group typically consists of individuals who are not acquainted with one another and there is a risk that they will not feel comfortable. Extremely large groups are often associated with logistical challenges that can affect the quality of rest of all participants. For this reason, we limit the maximum group size to 14-16 individuals, and in rare instances, up to 20-25 people. Larger groups are only met with the unanimous consent of all participants, accompanied by a reduction in price or the inclusion of additional services.

In smaller groups, there is a higher likelihood of participants forming closer bonds and coming together as a cohesive team. This this is very important so that each participant feels like they are among friends, can relax, and fully enjoy their vacation. Fortunately, this is typically the experience for our travelers.

We organize lunches and dinners in the best restaurants, hotels, guest houses and gastro-courtyards of Armenia along the tour route. Unless you have ordered a special menu, our standard travel package includes a variety of appetizers, salads, main course, dessert and soft drinks.

When booking a group tour, we only require a minimum deposit of 5% of the total tour price. If the tour is canceled at least 7 days before the start, this prepayment is fully refunded. If the tour is canceled within 7 days of the start date, the advance payment is non-refundable, and it serves as compensation for the company’s losses. If you paid more than the specified amount, the excess amount beyond the 5% deposit is returned to you.

Refunds are made in the same way you paid, but minus bank fees.

Theoretically, it is possible, since it is essentially a tour that includes tastings, unless of course the participant will attend the tastings, but we do not recommend it. We have other tours specially designed for young people under 18 years old, which may be more suitable and interesting for them.
