When booking a group tour, we only require a minimum deposit of 5% of the total tour price. If the tour is canceled at least 7 days before the start, this prepayment is fully refunded. If the tour is canceled within 7 days of the start date, the advance payment is non-refundable, and it serves as compensation for the company’s losses. If you paid more than the specified amount, the excess amount beyond the 5% deposit is returned to you.

Refunds are made in the same way you paid, but minus bank fees.

The cancellation terms for individual tours are customized and outlined in the contract agreed upon by both parties. These conditions can vary considerably from one group to another.

Cancellation terms are frequently determined not only by the tour operator’s policies but also by the cancellation policies of partner organizations, such as hotels, restaurants, and transportation companies. These partner organizations may have their own specific rules governing cancellations.
