Overview

If you are planning your first trip to Armenia, then this tour is for you. The excursion program is conceived in such a way that in just a week of your stay in Armenia you have time to get to know our country as deeply as possible. You will have time to discover traditions, interesting facts from the history of Armenia, visit the most important historical, cultural and spiritual centers, communicate with colorful people.

As expected, our tour has a gastronomic focus and you will be able to taste ancient, primordially Armenian dishes made from natural products, take part in a master class on baking Armenian lavash bread and learn how to cook Sevan gifts from a real chef. It will not do without a strong one – we will get acquainted with the process of making Armenian wine and legendary cognac, after which a tasting will follow.

The tour is conceived in such a way that you can enjoy the amazing diversity of nature: see the mountains, forests, caves, gorges and waterfalls of Armenia – during almost the entire tour, being under the majestic gaze of the legendary biblical Mount Ararat. When developing this program, we used all our experience and desire to present sunny Armenia to our guests in all its beauty and versatility.

Almost every month, from April to November, we have group tours for this classic program. We recruit only mini groups of up to 15 people and all tours are conducted only in English. All groups are served by comfortable transport, the best guides and, not by chance, this tour has become the best and most sought-after tour product of Barev Armenia, from which we are guaranteed to receive positive feedback.

Armenia in November
Alvina Chugay
To be honest, I went with some concerns; initially I was inclined towards Georgia. I have heard about it for a long time and often, but about Armenia little and rarely. But it turned out to be one of my best trips (and I travel a lot and often). Cheerful company, rich program, amazing food. Guide Gor is a very easy-going, “problem-free” person, truly passionate about his work. I will talk about Armenia often and a lot. The country is worth visiting. I would like to note separately: I did not warn in advance about some of my dietary restrictions (I only eat poultry and fish from meat), and a chicken (not ordinary) kebab was specially prepared for me on the spot; I arrived and departed NOT on the dates of the planned tour - a transfer to/from the airport was organized for me free of charge(!) Thank you. It was good and fun P.S. I’m a capricious picky person, but in all four parameters (quality, organization, price, safety) I give A’s. You just need to do something about the roads :): sometimes it shook so much that it was impossible to drink coffee on the bus :)

Gratitude from our tourists
Travel agency DIK
We have been regular clients of the travel agency "DIK" since 2016. We had been planning to visit Armenia for a long time, because we had always been interested in its history, architecture, and nature. The tour did not disappoint expectations; we saw with our own eyes many historical monuments, magnificent landscapes, biblical Ararat, and got acquainted with local traditions and national cuisine. I was pleasantly surprised by the universal knowledge of the Russian language and was amazed by the hospitality and excellent living conditions of our stay. Special thanks to our guide Gor Karapetyan for his high professionalism, as well as artistry and charm. We recommend that everyone who would like to spend time usefully and broaden their horizons visit this wonderful country. Alexander and Irina, October 2-9, 2021 from “Barev, Armenia”.
