The city of Jermuk is one of the famous and popular health resort cities in Armenia.
In addition to numerous sanatoriums, where visitors take a full course of health treatment and prevention. It also has a one-of-a-kind gallery called the Mineral Water Gallery.
Gallery of Mineral Waters –  Built by the son of Alexander Tamanyan, Gevorg Tamanyan in 1956. This is one of the main attractions of Jermuk, almost all the roads of the national park lead here, this is a favorite place not only for vacationers, but also for local residents. The gallery is also unique in its interior. It is not located in a building, but under a canopy with beautiful arches and columns. Just behind the gallery wall there is a large pipe through which water from the springs flows into the gallery. Drinking water comes from small taps, under which there are beautiful jugs. Water comes out of the taps at different temperatures, from 30-53, the further the visitor goes along the gallery corridor, the cooler the water becomes. The waters differ not only in temperature, but also in composition. For example, the water in one tap is enriched with sodium, in another with calcium and chlorine. The gallery is the only place where you can taste the water from the Jermuk source.
If you drink water from the source correctly, it can help in the treatment of many diseases, accelerating the restorative properties of the body, improving the functioning of all organs, which gives a person a positive attitude and good mood. If you are relaxing in one of the sanatoriums in the city of Jermuk, then your course of treatment prescribed by the sanatorium doctor mainly includes water from the source, with a detailed description of the rules of use.
If you decide to restore and improve your health, then the Gallery of Mineral Waters is an ideal addition to your treatment course.
