During the period from April 17 to May 1, 2014. rested in the Armenia sanatorium in Jermuk. I would like to share my impressions with everyone who is planning their vacation in Armenia. Exceptional mineral water (ecology incomparable to the North Caucasus), food at the sanatorium — very good, excellent attitude of the staff towards holidaymakers of all nationalities. I was on vacation with a very lively 3-year-old child)) Despite the fact that Olya is not an example of a disciplined child — I have never heard any words of criticism from the staff of the sanatorium — A special THANK YOU to them for this. I recommend to all my friends and those who are planning a vacation in Armenia to visit Amenia Jermuk!!!

Hello! We were a group of four people for the New Year in Tsaghkadzor. The level of skating and age of everyone is different - from 19 to 55 years. The tracks are red and black. Liked everything. However, I agree with the opinion of tourist 2014: “The trails are poorly maintained, the snow cannon (and there is one) has never worked. Therefore, there are many places dug down to grass and stones. There are many beginner skiers for whom only the bottom of one of the slopes is acceptable. As a consequence: it is basically impossible to drive there “land.” On this section, several people, including me, were hit by a drunken “coat guy” who was wearing skis “just for fun.” He flew at speed, without controlling his skis, and screamed loudly. We lived in a magnificent inexpensive hotel Tsaghkahovit. Wonderful hospitable hosts, fed us deliciously, nursed us like relatives, warmth, comfort)) We love Armenia! You just need to work on the slopes, especially when there is no snow.

...I also liked the presence of a good children's playground on site - a big plus!
By the way, our hair dryer overheated after 3 minutes of operation and stopped working.
I also liked that we were promptly and well organized for 2 excursions - to Sevan and to Yerevan.
Another plus was the presence of a bath-sauna and a swimming pool on the hotel premises (although we never got to the latter).

New Year holidays 2014 were spent in Tsaghkadzor, at the Alva Hotel. The organization from the point of view of the travel agency Barev Armenia is good: they met us in a timely manner, drove us, and brought us back. The hotel did not quite correspond to the impressions received from the photographs, but within acceptable limits. For the rest – only positive impressions, I especially liked the responsive hotel staff, ready to help with any questions that arise

During a circuit tour of Armenia, we decided to stop at "Jermuk Armenia" for two days, but we could not even imagine that this sanatorium would turn out to be so beautiful and multifunctional. Beautiful rooms with a spacious bathroom on the ground floor, a calm atmosphere, warm restorative weather, beautiful marble halls in which the virtuoso will surprise guests with his beautiful performance on the piano. Heated swimming pool, gym, sauna, mud baths, massages, general medical diagnostics, including cardiogram, blood test... Everything is included in the price and, of course, at the request of the guest. And all this for just 2800 rubles per person per day. Outside the beautiful park, in the middle of a 200-meter alley, you can stroll and taste the healing waters. .. Calmness, tranquility… incredibly attentive and friendly attitude from the English-speaking staff. Wi-Fi costs 80 rubles per day. The only drawback: the cuisine is not very varied, but the food is healthy… Sanatorium “Jermuk Armenia” will remain in our memory for a long time.

My congratulations to the hotel management; I assure you that they carefully select each member of staff. No matter who I interacted with, everyone was caring, responsive, not to mention excellent. I arrived at the hotel at 5am after a 30 hour flight and delays. Well, I think the girl from the reception noticed that I was exhausted, gave me the keys and asked me not to worry about checking in until I felt better... Thanks, I really needed a rest. Special thanks to the breakfast staff, especially the head waitress (please give her a raise or give her a manager position; she's an example of customer service!). And in general, all the reception staff were extremely caring and quickly fulfilled all my requests (taxi, tours, reservations). I was literally provided with smiles, promptness and a great attitude. If I come to Yerevan again, I will definitely DEMAND! so that they book a room for me in this hotel. I spent a business trip here in May 2013.

We were impressed by our stay at the Royal Tulip Hotel in Yerevan. We arrived at 4am and were greeted by friendly staff. The shower was great! The rooms are spacious, and the lobby – beautiful with lots of windows in the ceiling. Breakfast was always excellent. I ordered an omelette every day, but you definitely have to try the basturma (a type of local dried meat). The location is great; You can walk to the Cascade, Republic Square, and everywhere nearby you can have a quality meal. The indoor pool was absolutely wonderful; we got a well-deserved rest after a whole day of sightseeing. We stayed in September as a couple.

I stayed at the Ani Plaza Hotel from August 24 to 31, 2013 while attending a scientific conference in Yerevan. Despite the fact that the daily fee is a little expensive for Yerevan, I don’t regret it at all, because the hotel is clean and safe, and the location – central. The staff is very kind and helpful, from the reception staff to the girls who serve the rooms and the doormen... I especially liked the morning breakfast: a huge variety of high quality local dishes, including matsoni, tons of delicious fruit, excellent juices and so on and so forth. The Wi-Fi connection was good, but the TV only showed 2-3 local channels and uninteresting Russian ones (I couldn’t watch BBC, CNN, etc.). I did not use any amenities, such as the spa, swimming pool, hairdresser, currency exchange, but someone might find them useful. The administration quickly and efficiently dealt with all my requests. If they have something to work on, it is the hotel management's hard-to-change habit of smoking in public places, especially in the lobby. Both hotel bars are always full of smokers. This made walking through the lobby unpleasant. Overall I recommend this hotel.
