Tour to Lake Sevan offers an adventure to the largest lake in the Caucasus and one of the highest in the world, at an altitude of 1,900 meters above sea level. In the northwest part of the lake lies a peninsula, a small hill overlooking the lake, where we will visit Sevanavank Monastery. This Christian complex was established back in the year 305, and the two surviving monasteries were built in 874. During the Bronze Age, when the peninsula was still an island, it housed a pagan sanctuary fortified by a stone fence.

Our short acquaintance with Armenia
Nikolay Ardinarov
In May, I vacationed in Armenia with my wife. We decided to visit the country after friends’ enthusiastic stories about the country and the wonderful people living there. We took two individual excursions to Barev Tour and did not regret the choice. Many thanks to guide Garnik for his excellent knowledge of the history of his country, sense of humor. Thanks to him, we fell in love with the country with its long-suffering history, with kind and sympathetic people. Special thanks to David, a professional driver with a capital P. We felt completely safe with him. You guys are great. Thank you so much for a great time and for your love for Armenia. See you soon. We will definitely be back. Barev - a tour of prosperity and new interesting excursion programs.
