Horse trekking in the gorge of Garni

During this tour you will have an opportunity to see some of the most wonderful places in Armenia: Garni gorge which is famous for its magnificent and looking artificial rocks, which are formed of regular hexagonal cylinders. They stretch from the slope to the gorge top and are called “Stones’ Symphony” or “Basalt Organ”. Garni Temple, which is the only remaining Pagan temple in Armenia; Havuc Tar, which is situated in a very cozy and beautiful place; Geghard Monastery, most of which is carved into the rock. This whole way you will pass with very smart and loyal animals - horses. During the trip you will communicate with horses, feel their calm and pass in this amazing gorge without getting tired.
Departure from Yerevan
Visit Geghard monastery complex, where The Holy Lance was kept; according to the legend, Christ on the cross was pierced with it. Carved into monolithic rock, Geghard is listed among the UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Visit to Garni pagan temple, built in I century. It served as a royal summer temple. Near the temple remains of the old fortress, the Royal palace and sauna building, built in the III century.
