The Merlion Technology Conference is an outdoor event that takes place every year in different countries – mainly in Southeast Asia. Its purpose is to establish partnerships between the company’s suppliers and top management, as well as to encourage the most successful middle and senior employees. Armenia, as a point of departure, was chosen with great doubt, given the importance of the tasks and the high level of precedents. But the customers still decided and we are grateful for the trust.
One of the 5 star branded hotels in Yerevan was booked for the customer, the most high-class buses and the most qualified guide staff were selected. As for the program, each day of stay in Yerevan was divided into three parts. In the first part, before a varied lunch at the hotel, a business official part was held in one of the large conference rooms of the hotel. In the second part, we organized small sightseeing tours in the vicinity of Yerevan, during which there were also tastings of local elite drinks – wine and cognac in factories and manufacturers. In the third part, every evening in one of the upscale restaurants with a show program or in a music club, we organized chic dinners with the closing of banquet halls for a group.
As it turned out, this is the best option for breaking down the program for those companies that want to combine business tasks with an entertainment program.
