And as far the archeological activities first of all assume destroying so before making decision on the heritage first of all should be considered needs of both future and present generations, should be able to estimate expected results correctly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this context on the initiative of French expedition implementing excavations at \u2033Erebuni\u2033 historic and archeological museum on June 28-19, 2011 lectures were organized devoted to current issues of archeological heritage in Europe, in particular in France. Stefan Deshmp (Bretan) and Fransua Fishe De Klerfonten (Lower Normand) delivered lectures.<br \/>\nPresenting current acting legislative frames in France and Law on protection of archeological heritage in France S. Deshamp emphasized international agreements and recommendations of the field. In particular, Valetta Convention adopted by the Council of Europe in 19992 on \u2033Protection of Archeological Protection\u2033 was revised. Armenia signed it in 2005.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Speaking on threats to the archeological heritage (agriculture, tourism, construction, economic investments, etc.) French archeologists presented current \u2033preventing\u2033 or \u2033warning\u2033 principles of protection of archeological heritige, the aim of which is before starting excavations and implementation of construction programs forsee and avoid destroyings. In many European countries principle of \u2033the one who destroys, pays for it\u2033 the auditorium was presented with many examples. Case studies in cities and towans of France, Germany, Austria and Egypt were shown. S. Deshamp in particular mentioned the great role of social consciousness in the issues of protecting public heritige. He even said that in Europe in many cases for heritage protection public opinion is that works more efficiently in contrast to the long legislative procedures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For making archeological heritage more acceptable for the public Fransua Fishe De Klerfonte, Head of Archeological Service of Lower Normand spoke on populization programs being elaborated. Particularly were presented French and German experiences on appreciation of archeological remaining in urban environment that testify making subjunctive the hypothesis of protection of archeological remaining in urban environment. But the archeologist also mentioned that the visiting place for population never will undergo threats and dangers under accessibility.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With a separate lecture the issue of chronolgy of archiitecture was presented. S.
