If your visit extends beyond 180 days, you must apply for a residency permit through the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

If you come across significantly different prices for a week-long program in Armenia, don’t rush to choose the cheapest option. First, thoroughly review the tour program and pay close attention to the services included in the price. In our offers, we make sure to indicate in detail all included services. It’s advisable to consider multiple offers, or at least several, to determine the optimal price-to-quality ratio. However, keep in mind that in the pursuit of a low price, you might end up with a rather banal and standard tour program focused more on cost-cutting than providing an interesting and diverse experience. There are certain dishes in Armenia that are essential for a truly impressive visit, and if meals are not included in the package, you might miss out on a delightful aspect of the country – its vibrant cuisine.

Be sure to inquire about the dining arrangements provided by the tour operator, the menu they offer, the type of transportation used for the tour, the planned accommodations, and the additional services for which you may have to pay extra. Barev Armenia prides itself on delivering high-quality services that encompass everything you need, eliminating the need for extra expenses. In addition to standard sightseeing tours, we incorporate tastings, masterclasses, ethnic shows, and elements of active and rural tourism into our programs.

The advantage of an individual tour is that you have the flexibility to select your own route and theme within the available options. According to your specific needs and preferences, our managers will craft a completely unique product just for you. Whether you’re traveling solo or with a group, we kindly request the following information to get started:

  • Reliable contact information for communication.
  • The number of participants, including details on the number and ages of children in the group (if there are).
  • Specific tour dates, as well as any additional services required, such as airport transfers, guided tours, meal arrangements, accommodation preferences, special event organization, temporary staff hire, consultations with experts, and any other elements you’d like to include in your tour.
  • Your preferred hotel category and room types for all participants (single, double, twin, family rooms).
  • The theme of your tour, whether it’s sightseeing, gastronomic, hiking, corporate, or any other specific focus.
  • Any must-visit places or attractions you have in mind.
  • Any budget considerations, if cost is a factor for you.
  • Any specific requirements or important information we should be aware of as we plan your tour.

When purchasing a group tour package, you may want to add extra services that aren’t part of the standard package and come at an additional cost. You’re free to select a hotel you prefer, even if it’s different from the ones initially planned, although the ones we’ve selected are quite comfortable, beautiful, and offer excellent service.

If the program’s duration doesn’t fully meet your needs, you can request customized tours before or after the main one on an individual basis. For instance, you can extend your trip to Georgia after visiting Armenia. Your tour manager will discuss and arrange all of these details with you.

Rest assured that there is no tourist service we can’t provide in Armenia and Georgia. We are committed to meeting all your travel needs in these areas.
