Eligibility and Driver’s License: You must be at least 21 years old to rent a car with us. You must present a valid driver’s license in your name, held for at least one year. International renters may need an international driver’s permit and a passport.
Rental Agreement: Upon renting a vehicle, you will be required to sign a rental agreement. Please read it carefully, as it outlines the terms and conditions of your rental.
Reservation: Advance booking of a car is recommended at least 48 hours before the start of the rental. A prepayment will be required to confirm the reservation․
Payment: We accept cash, bank cards and other forms of non-cash payment.
Return: Return the vehicle on the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may result in additional charges. Vehicles should be returned in the same condition as when rented, with a full tank of fuel.
Driving Area: You can drive the rented car only in the territory of Armenia, and crossing international borders may require prior authorization.
Cancellation: Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours before the start of the rental without penalty.
Restrictions: Smoking, drinking alcohol, and transporting animals without a special carrier are strictly prohibited in the car. The rental vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities, racing, off-roading, or towing without proper authorization.

Fuel Policies: We offer different fuel options when renting a car. Some take a full tank of gas. In this case, we expect you to return the car with a full tank, otherwise you can pick up and return with the minimum capacity available.
One-Way Rentals: If you’re planning a trip that doesn’t involve returning to the pickup location, you can often arrange a one-way rental for an extra fee.
Pickup and Drop-Off Options: You can choose different pickup and drop-off locations, including airport pickups, city centers, and more.
