Hazarashen restaurant is a concentration of Armenian spirit and Armenian Nature in one place. Here, in Araks village of Armavir Province one can find practically any dish of the local cuisine – beginning from dolma and harisa and ending with a lamb, baked in tandoor. The restaurant also has a bakery, and any visitor can witness how the traditional Armenian bread “lavash” is made. Nigerian chief George Odon works here for many years and managed to solve the mystery of a multifaceted Armenian cuisine. In 2013 he won the Grand Prix of Festival of Barveque in Akhtala, receiving a certificate and a statuette with pot-bellied cook with skewers in hand.
